A good list! I definitely have at least 3 of the 5 on my shelf. One I'd add is "No Plot? No Problem!" from the organizers of National Novel Writing Month. While the others deal more with the how, this one gives an aspiring writer the motivation to just get it all down and worry about polishing it later (something it took me a long time to get the knack of).
