Things to Never do With the In-Laws

The following is a list of things NEVER to do when with your in-laws.
| | Never suggest a trait of your child's is similar to your spouse (unless it is a positive one). |
| | Never try to suggest something new during the holidays (especially in the beginning of the marriage). |
| | Never get involved in heated discussions regarding family values, let your spouse be the one to represent you in the talk. It's his/her family. |
| | Never live with your in-laws. It can only lead to trouble and provide too much personal information. |
| | Never offer to host a family event unless it is clear the family wants you to do so. You may be stepping on some toes so to speak. |
