The following is a list of things NEVER to do when with your in-laws.

	Never suggest a trait of your child's is similar to your spouse (unless it is a positive one).
	Never try to suggest something new during the holidays (especially in the beginning of the marriage).
	Never get involved in heated discussions regarding family values, let your spouse be the one to represent you in the talk. It's his/her family.
	Never live with your in-laws. It can only lead to trouble and provide too much personal information.
	Never offer to host a family event unless it is clear the family wants you to do so. You may be stepping on some toes so to speak.
