Game store gift cards (make sure it's a store they have access to though, can't tell you how many hundreds of dollars in gift cards I've wasted because of this)

Memory cards

An anime themed mousepad, or if they still make it, the naked Angelina Jolie mouse pad

Console skins or faceplates, again, anime or Angelina (Have yet to meet anyone who minds staring at her ass, even pyscho possessive wives)

Pizza gift certificates

Classic arcade games remade for computer or console, or even cheap hand-helds. Pong, Frogger, etc.

Mushroom lamps, as from Mario Bro's.

'Care packages' - Ramen noodles, energy drink stir-ins for bottled water, bottled water, game guides, disc cleaning cloths, pen and paper set featuring game/system they like, etc. Sometimes it's the stupid stuff you have to get away from your game for that gets you killed, or makes you forget the answer to that puzzle it took an hour to figure out.
