    		• RUN DISK CLEAN-UP(find in accessories/system tools on programs menu)
  •  
    		• RUN SOME SORT OF SPYWARE(delete spyware)
  •  
    		• RUN SOME SORT OF ADWARE (delete adware)
  •  
    		• RUN DISK DEFRAGMENTER (find in accessories/system tools on programs menu)
  •  
    		• RUN FREE INTERNET ERASER(get free on internet)
  •  
    		• RUN DISKSCAN (right click each hard drive press properties/tools/check volumes for errors...then check box that says check disk for errors
  •  
    		• RUN COMPLETE VIRUS SCAN
