Vaction at St. Croix and have some fun in the sun!
| | St. Crois is the largest of the USVI and the island that is least visited. Great if you want to relax. |
| | No sales tax. All USVI's charge no sales tax on items and also have a ton of great shopping from high end companies. |
| | US Protection - the USVI are a US Territory, so you can visit a tropical place without leaving the laws and protection of the United States. |
| | Breathtaking scenery and turquoise waters - the USVI has some of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen without a ton of tourist. |
| | Stable climate - Because of the location and the trade winds, the USVI only vary 10 to 15 degrees in temperature year round. |
| | Interesting History - the USVI's were acquired by the US in the 1800's, but was used to grow sugar cane while owned by Denmark. St. Croix still has quite a few of the old stone sugar mills used during the Danish colonization. |
| | Good mix of cultures - USVI boasts a wide variety of people and cultures that inhabit the island. |
| | Affordable homes - for what you get, ST. Croix property is still undervalued for the piece of paradise you can purchase. |
| | Buck Island - Buck Island is a small island off the coast of St. Croix. In the 60's, President Kennedy made the coral reefs off of the island a national park. It is a wonderful place to go snorkeling. The reefs are complete with underwater markers and quite and experience. I don't dive, but I have heard the diving off the coast of St. Croix is spectacular. |
| | The lure of buried treasure - the USVI are some of the islands that boast being frequented by pirates. |
