It's easy to watch a movie... but not that easy to watch a movie well. Really, really watching a movie makes great movies better, and terrible movies more fun to make fun of!

Watch it twice - once all the way through, once while rewinding, pausing, and with the subtitles on to really catch it all

Take a break between the two viewings, give your mind a break and time to process

Read up about the movie before you watch it, so you're not spending the film trying to figure out what you should pay attention to

Watch lots of movies... the more you watch the better you'll be

Watch the nuances of the characters.

Don't do other things while you watch the movie, focus 100% on the screen

Read reviews after you watch the first time, to see if they caught anything you missed
