Here are some helpful tips to keep you relaxed in any stressful situation:

1. Take a deep breath.
2. Do nothing for 5 minutes.
3. Smile.
4. Wear the color blue.
5. Concentrate on the color blue, or something blue in color.
6. Take a nap.
7. Take a shower.
8. Listen to comforting music.
9. Listen to natural sounds.
10. Take 10 deep breaths.
11. Play music.
12. Share to a positive friend.
13. Meditate.
14. Ask “What’s the next action?” and focus on only that one thing.
15. Go to nature (mountain, beach, etc.).
16. Ride a bike.
