Looking for fun places to take the kids in or near Sacramento? Here are some of our favorite places!
| | Funderland: located in William Land Park. A nice little amusement park for young children. |
| | Fairy Tale Town: a great place for the kids to run around! Not very expensive, and good for picnics. |
| | Sacramento Zoo: this is not a great zoo by anyone's standards, but little kids will still enjoy it. |
| | Nut Tree in Vacaville: rides for the kids and shopping for the adults. Also, they have a Fenton's Creamery! |
| | Sunrise Mall in Roseville: lots of shopping, and an indoor play area for children. A great place to go on a rainy day. |
| | Morse Park in Elk Grove: a splash area and an incredible park! Best of all, it's free! |
| | John's Incredible Pizza Company in Stockton: Like Chuck E Cheese's, but buffet style. |
| | Children's Museum in Stockton: a really neat museum that is surprisingly cheap! Our kids love all of the vehicles they can sit in. Also a good spot for picnics in the back. |
