| | Amusement Parks-Cedar Point (Sandusky, OH) and King's Island (Mason, OH) are two of the best roller coaster parks in the world, containing some of the tallest and fastest coasters around. Open from late Spring to early Fall. |
| | Circleville Pumpkin Show-Located just south of Columbus, OH, the Circleville Pumpkin show held in October is called "The Greatest Free Show on Earth". Admission is free and there are many things to do including carnival rides, biggest pumpkin judging and tasting every kind of pumpkin-related food known to man. |
| | Dayton Air Show and Air Force Museum-To the west of Columbus, OH is the Dayton Air Force Museum and Air Show. The museum has a Stealth Bomber on display among many other interesting aviation artifcats and the air show has all kinds of planes and helicopters doing aerial acrobatics to entertain the whole family. |
| | Renaissance Festival-Harveysburg, OH, west of Columbus is home to the Renaissance Festival where you can see jousts, eat giant turkey legs and see medieval plays and costumes. |
| | Cincinnati-Two hours south of Columbus, next to the Kentucky border sits the home of the Cincinnati Reds major league baseball team. Watch a baseball game, see the Cincinnati skyline and take a steamboat ride down the Ohio River. |
| | Hocking Hills-An hour southeast of Columbus, OH is the beautiful Hocking Hills area. Caves formed in the ice age are something to behold! There are many trails and lakes and cabins tucked away in the woods can be rented. Antique and flea markets abound. |
