| | 1. Play your Wii everyday. |
| | 2. Use the stairs all the time and 2 at a time. |
| | 3. Stretch on the sofa til your heart rate goes up. |
| | 4. Do leglifts on the sofa (or in bed) until your heartrate goes up. |
| | 5. Roll around on the floor with the dog. |
| | 6. Stand up - sit down - stand up - sit down (repeat til you sweat). |
| | 7. Do butt clenches while sitting down or driving. |
| | 8. While seated, left and hold each leg up for as long as you can. |
| | 9. Lift and pump full gallons of milk. |
| | 10. Carry all your grocery bags at once - distributed evenly on both arms. |
