| 1. | Eat breakfast, lunch and dinner! |
| 2. | If you are feeling stress think of something funny—take a break. |
| 3. | Do something just for you at least one hour a day (block everything out) |
| 4. | Take 10 deep breaths. |
| 5. | Talk to someone who understands and will just listen. |
| 6. | Make a list of everything on your mind. Cross off the stupid stuff-laugh- and leave it behind. |
| 7. | Make a timeline (fake deadlines) for the rest, give yourself goals (its okay if you don’t do them) |
| 8. | Things are only getting easier. |
