Top 10 Exotic Pets

Dogs and cats are great but some want something a bit more wild. Here's a good list of exotic pets for the beginner
| | Ferrets - can get into a bit of trouble and smell a bit but are easy to care for |
| | bearded dragon - a friendly lizard and not a difficult one |
| | rats - friendly, easy to care for, and they clean themselves |
| | leopard gecko - one of the easiest exotics but avoid the more exotic geckos till you have experience |
| | small frogs - just feed them insects and give them clean water to swim in. |
| | fish - tropical fish are fairly easy to care for |
| | buggies - A more common exotic the pet store will have all you need |
| | skunks - A harder to find exotic. Bottle raised they are friendly. Avoid over feeding. |
| | prairie dogs - Need attention and a place to dig. Keep them in pairs or more |
| | turtles - Not to hard for most varrieties but read up on them first |
