This is a list of Christian rock artists a fan of the music should own in my opinion. This spans the time from when it became more popular to listen to until the present. I believe any fan would agree with the artists I have chosen.
| | Petra--This group help start the rise of popularity of the music form and was a very good group especially the years from 1985-1992 and 2005. |
| | Stryper--Very popular Christian group that toured with mainstream artists in the field of glam metal and now have a new popular album called, "Reborn." |
| | Tobymac--Tobymac rose out of the break-up of DC Talk and actually has made better music since year 2000 on his own. It's hip-hop, rock, rap mixed together. |
| | WhiteHeart--This band had many past popular Christian rock albums. |
| | Bride--Some of their past albums are pretty good and some of their present albums have some interesting songs on. |
