Athletes are celebrities. Some thrive in the limelight more than others. Here is a list of the coolest athletes in history of sports.

7.	Julius Erving - in his day, he was what everyone yound kid wanted to become
8.	Sugar Ray Robinson - "cool" in the terms of calm and processed
9.	Bo Jackson - Bo knows "cool"
10.	Dale Earnhardt - took the racing world by storm, and sponsored by Budweiser, that's cool!
11.	Serena Williams - stylish and loud, a better word may be the opposite of "cool" - "firey"
12.	Roy Jones Jr. - a true showman in the boxing ring
13.	Evel Knievel - you have to consider him an athlete, probably the inspiration for many X-Gamers
14.	Matt Leinart - taking ballroom dancing your final semester at USC while being the star football player at a university on a beach, move him up the cool list
15.	Deion Sanders - multi-sport professional athletes are the definition of cool to anyone who ever aspired to play a sport at a higher level
16.	Walt Frazier - as cool as they came on the basketball court
17.	Joe Montana - comparable to Joe Nemeth, he was a "cool" personality with a "cool" demeanor on the football field
18.	Venus Williams - her sister and her brought attitude to tennis
19.	Brandi Chastain - celebrating at the World Cup with your shirt off - come on - that is cool!
20.	Mario Andretti - one of the coolest men to ever get behind a wheel (and he got behind many of them)
21.	Lebron James - someday he may be viewed as the coolest athlete ever, he is young, give him time
22.	Jeff Gordon - the most polar name in racing history, you either love him cuz he's cool or hate him cuz he's cool
23.	Andy Roddick - in the world of American tennis today, as cool as they come. ask a lady to name an American professional tennis player, if they can name one(?) it will be him.
