Problems with the Patch (Birth Control)
INFORMATIVE
Tags: Patch, birth control
Problems with the Patch (Based on My Experience) which mimicked allergic reactions.
| | I tried the patch on my arm, lower back/ buttocks region, lower abdominal region as recommended by my doctor, but in either position it curled at the edges like an old band-aid. |
| | The patch left a sticky, gummy grey/ black outline that required much scrubbing and oil to remove; also like an old band-aid. |
| | The patch left a red square mark (same shape as the patch itself) for about three weeks every time I removed it to place a new one, which made me have to put it in a different spot each month. |
| | The patch made me itch while it was on and while it was off and gave a certain allergic reaction. |
| | Water did affect the patch. Water made the patch start to peel. |
| | Remember, this is my account. Be wary of these symptoms. If you experience these, then the patch is also not for you. This is a month process. My experience did not match the commercial!! |
