Diets are the in trend in modern society, with almost 50% of the population being overweight many people are trying to find fast solutions on how to decrease their body fat. There are a lot of useless diets out there which don’t help but I have compiled a list on the best diets available.

1. Home Delivery Diets - The best diet is the home delivery diet it is like having your own personal chef, the research, shopping, preparing, cooking and the delivery is all done for you so there are no obstacles stopping you from losing weight. The Bodychef seems to be the best home delivery diet company in the United Kingdom with all the above included in the service; the plan is proven as someone has lost 9 lbs on the plan and many others losing amazing amounts of weight eating fresh healthy food that’s delivered direct to your door.
2. Abs Diet Power - The abs diet power is a slogan which focuses on the foods used within the diet the slogan stands for almonds, beans, spinach, dairy, instant oatmeal, eggs, turkey, peanut butter, olive oil, wholes grains, extra protein powder, raspberries. The funny thing is the diet doesn’t focus on abs at all and is more a healthy eating plan.
3. Flat Belly Diet - The Flat Belly Diet is based upon the “magical MUFA” a MUFA is a food type that is full of monounsaturated fats such as olive oil, nuts, avocado, seeds and dark chocolate! You simply incorporate a MUFA at each meal and you lose weight.
4. The Dash Diet - This diet focuses on the reduction of the amount of sodium you consume daily. This diet is perfect for anyone trying to lower their blood pressure. This diet is approved by the National Institute of Health and therefore the claims must be valid.
5. Mediterranean Diet - New studies show the following are Mediterranean friend’s diet has many health benefits. A High Consumption of fruits, vegetables, cereals, nuts, bread, nuts and seeds is required in this diet. Olive oil which is high in monounsaturated fats also plays a big role in this diet. All dairy products and meat products are consumed in a very low amount. The diet reduces the risk of heart disease and cancer therefore it’s very beneficial to follow the guidelines of this diet.
6. The Best Life Diet - This plan is not about just your diet but about a look on your whole life, this plan is made famous by Oprah who owes her recent weight loss to the plan and Bob Greene. You have to ask yourself questions such as:Why are you overweight? Why do you want to lose weight? Why weren’t you successful in the past? Why have you been unable to maintain weight loss in the past? You then have to ask yourself these questions you then follow a very simple nutrition plan and follow the foods that are suggested.
7. The Sonoma Diet - This plan isn’t the most innovative diet plan out there but the fundamentals and principles are very good, you simply limit your caloric intake and control your portion sizes and you’re encouraged to have an increased appreciation for food and cooking food. The focus of this diet is to encourage healthy eating habits and moderating your portion sizes.
8. The Medifast Diet - The Medifast diet is a low fat, low calorie mixture of healthy balanced foods that help keep you fuller for longer. An appetite suppressor called “Super Citrimax “is used, it origins from Southeast Asia. This has so far been shown as safe for a appetite suppressor, but most of the studies have been done using rats. The diet should only ever been used under direct supervision from your doctor.
9. The Zone Diet - A favorite among celebrities, this diet is based on you keeping your diet “in the zone “so you don’t raise your blood sugar levels. To stay in the zone during the day it is suggested you intake low amounts of carbohydrates and high protein and fatty foods.
