6 Tips to Help Save Single Moms Money

As you know being a single mom is very hard here are 6 way to save money.
| 1. | Be a bargain shopper, purchase clothing for next year during end of season clearance sales. There are always clearance racks to be found. |
| 2. | When possible buy in wholesale. It may seem like a lot of money to spend at one time, but you will save money over time. |
| 3. | Stock up on school supplies during the back to school sales. Buy extra to use as birthday or Christmas gifts for younger children. Get enough office supplies for the home as well. |
| 4. | Make up dinners for a week, and put in the refrigerator or freezer. Do this on your day off, to avoid those quick stops at a fast food joint. Bake cookies and store in plastic bags for those munchies, much cheaper than store bought. |
| 5. | Encourage your children to play board games, or read, instead of the toys that are running up the electric bill. |
| 6. | Get together with other moms and get a carpool organized for all the kids activities. Instead of driving home, try and hang out at practice or stay close by and get some errands done in one trip. |
