There are many styles of yoga available to practice in today’s world. The differences are on emphasis such as meditation, body alignment, temperature, movement and props. It’s clearly a matter of personal preference and finding what will work for you.
| 1. | Ashtanga: Known as yoga of the mind. It is a series of 8 arms or steps where each step must be completed before moving on to the next step. In its pure form it is physically demanding and not for beginners. |
