Happy Birthday to these Pisces' who were born on February 29 (Leap Day). The big bummer is that this date only occurs every four years, in years evenly divisible by 4, such as 1988, 1996, or 2008, with the exceptions in century years not divisible by 400, such as 1900. They usually celebrate on Feb. 28 or sometimes March 1 (but who wants to wait).
