Comment by: annd This is a start but you are forgetting salt, olive oil and too much cheese: just one among provolone, ricotta and cottage cheese (I'd prefer the third, better if it's quite sweet). In the layer between pasta you can also put mushrooms, vegetables, minced meet and tomatoes (previously cooked) and so on.
