Cruise, Pitt and Reeves: Overrated Actors
WORSTS
Tags: Tom Cruise, Actors, Overrated, Most, Top, Worst, Movie, Film, TV, Acting, Reeves, Gylenhall, Brad Pitt
This is a list of the most overrated actors. Agree?
| | Colin Farrel - I hate him. Hate, Hate, Hate. He can't act, and when he tries, it's always in horrible movies. He's overrated simply for the fact that the public didn't hang him after he made "Alexander" |
| | Jake Gylenhall - He appears to be reading the dialogue right off the script page. Also, he was in "The Day After Tomorrow", easily the worst movie ever made. |
| | O.J. Simpson - Also makes the list of most overrated athlete, would-be writer and would-be convict. |
| | Keanu Reeves - "The Matrix" was a great movie, and luckily it didn't require much dramatic delivery on his part. Reeves is the king of the Squinty Macho Stare School of Acting, but when did someone decide he was a heartthrob? |
| | Clint Eastwood - (overrated actor not director) He has had one good line in the history of his career! Why is he still famous? He made two films with monkeys in them. WTF? |
| | Orlando Bloom - Eye candy for sure, but thats about it. His acting skills stretch no further than Hunky Sensitive Lust Object, perfected by a younger John Cusack... except Cusack went on to have a career. |
| | Mel Gibson - He's made some good movies (and a few stinkers), but like Cruise he takes himself too seriously. |
| | George Clooney - He's good at the Old Hollywood thing (and he sure looks the part), but typecasting is a sign of lack of skill. |
| | Ray Liotta - He was in Wild Hogs. Enough said. |
| | Jamie Foxx - He was in TWO good movies, and the whole world kisses his ass. I don't understand that. Plus, he was in Miami Vice with the lovable Colin Farrel, which means he likely contracted the deadly Farrel Curse which prevents talented, budding young actors from ever being able to choose a good script again. How sad. |
| | Sylvester Stalone - the king of steroid-pumped goofy one-liners while flexing sarcastic muscles |
| | Tom Cruise - Takes himself too seriously; he should go back to his Top Gun/A Few Good Men days |
| | Brad Pitt - he used to be able to act (i.e. Fight Club, Thelma & Louise) but now he's officially mainstream Hollywood (i.e. Mr. and Mrs. Smith, Troy) |

Ray Liotta has made some great movies and done some decent acting in those movies. "Goodfellas" sort of channelled him down the road he should of stayed on Comment by: Pratt
