How to Dance Disco

Disco Stu says it's time to get down and boogie. Throw on a record, get out your sequened tube top and learn how to disco!
| 1. | Get loose and laid back. Smile. Attitude. Get into the music. |
| 2. | Dress for success. Shoes you can dance in, clothes you can move in, and guys pants that show your derriere. Let's Boogie. |
| 3. | You can start slow if you want, and chair dance to the music swaying, bobbing head, and snapping fingers. |
| 4. | When you can't stand to sit anymore, get up and dance. |
| 5. | You can just move side to side. Start with three tiles on the floor. Step right-together. Then left-together. |
| 6. | Always change weight. |
| 7. | This basic step is fine. You can widen the step. |
| 8. | You can turn sideways and lead with your bum. |
| 9. | Or plant your feet (change weight, but don't pick up feet) and sway side to side to the beat. |
| 10. | You can move knees in and out. |
| 11. | And do a massive wiggle back and forth section. |
| 12. | Or bounce to the beat yet plant your feet. |
| 13. | To spin, plant one foot, stand on the ball of this foot (lift heel) and spin with the other. Practice. |
| 14. | Do cool hand movements in time with the beat, or hold hands at sides on thighs. |
| 15. | Add on more steps if you want. |
| 16. | Add on cool hand movements. Crossing hands is cool (ball fists cross at wrists then open at elbows). |
| 17. | Laugh. |
| 18. | Mind over matter. If you don't mind it doesn't matter. |
