Siamese cats, originally from Siam (now Thailand), are the single most popular breed of short haired cats and the third most popular breed overall. Here are some more facts about this breed. What do you know?
| | Bodies are light in color with points of darkness around the face, legs, feet and tail. |
| | They weigh between 8 and 15 lbs. |
| | Two body types: long and elegant with wedge-shaped heads, and robust and round-headed with a muscular physique. |
| | Very social and vocal cats with a loud, low-pitched voice – known as "Meezer" – that has been compared to the cries of a human baby. |
