How To Dance Head Banging

| 1. | Head banging is performed by nodding the head, usually violently, in time with the music. Long hair helps but is not essential. |
| 2. | Stand as close to the stage or DJ or speakers as you can. Stand next to other like-minded music fans, facing the stage/DJ/etc. |
| 3. | Take an athletic stance and lean/bend forward; the longer your hair the more you need to lean forward. |
| 4. | Nod your head up and down, ensuring that the end of your downstroke is in time with the beat of the music. |
| 5. | If your hair is long you should pause just a little bit at the end of the downstroke before pulling your head up. This is for dramatic effect to allow the hair to swoop down. |
| 6. | Throw up the horns, or pump a fist. |
