Becoming a better friend can help you to have more meaningful friendships and help you to make friends more easily.

1.	Remember that friends are there for both the good and the bad. If your friend is going through a difficult moment, try to be there for him/her. Even if you can't solve it knowing someone is there with them will help them more then you can imagine.
2.	If your friend is doing something that you don't agree with: tell them.
3.	Don't wait for them to seek you out. If this is a friend you don't see often: Call them! Visit them! Don't always wait for them to look for you, make it be both ways.
4.	Don't judge your friends. Remember that everyone is different and that their decisions are something that they need to be okay with not you.
5.	Don't try to imitate your friends. Remember that your friends like you for you. So be yourself!
6.	Learn to listen. Communication is a great skill in any relationship. It is important to realize what the other person needs and how you can help.
