How to Be a Better Friend
Tags: Friendships, Better Friends, Relationships, Communication
Becoming a better friend can help you to have more meaningful friendships and help you to make friends more easily.
|1. ||Remember that friends are there for both the good and the bad. If your friend is going through a difficult moment, try to be there for him/her. Even if you can't solve it knowing someone is there with them will help them more then you can imagine.|
|2. ||If your friend is doing something that you don't agree with: tell them.|
|3. ||Don't wait for them to seek you out. If this is a friend you don't see often: Call them! Visit them! Don't always wait for them to look for you, make it be both ways.|
|4. ||Don't judge your friends. Remember that everyone is different and that their decisions are something that they need to be okay with not you.|
|5. ||Don't try to imitate your friends. Remember that your friends like you for you. So be yourself!|
|6. ||Learn to listen. Communication is a great skill in any relationship. It is important to realize what the other person needs and how you can help.|

It can be difficult to tell friends that you disagree with their behavior. Also, don't talk about these feelings or other behind a friend's back.
