I really think Ryan Leaf - while undoubtedly a bust - appears worse because of his association with Peyton Manning. There was a large debate over which QB should go #1 and obviously the right one did. Isn't Jamarcus Russell at least as big a bust as Leaf since Russell was the #1 overall pick?
Also, Manning went before Leaf (#1 and #2 respectively) so that needs to be corrected here. Comment by: ep13
