7 Steps to Skinny: Definition of Good Nutrition

According to Craig Ballantyne, C.S.C.S. (Men's Health contributor), these are 7 steps to having "good nutrition" and therefore losing weight.
| 1. | Be in a caloric deficit (that means fewer calories in than are needed to maintain your weight) |
| 2. | Lots of fiber-rich fruits and vegetables |
| 3. | No processed carbohydrates (nothing from a bag or a box) |
| 4. | Protein at every meal |
| 5. | 5-6 small meals per day rather than 2-3 big meals |
| 6. | Fiber-rich nuts as snacks |
| 7. | No sugar |
