These are the best movies that are based on comic books:

1.	Spiderman 2- the best in the series and possibly the best comic-book movie ever
2.	Batman Begins - an amazing remake of a remake of a remake about the "Dark Knight" that is actually dark and mysterious
3.	Superman - the original Superman was a visual effect spectacle for its time, and Christopher Reeves will remain the definitive Superman forever
4.	X-Men - a completely underrated comic-book movie, with the best group of superheroes in history (sorry Justice League)
5.	Sin City - the best graphic novel adaptation into film form
6.	X2 - just like Spiderman 2, the sequel in this series may be better than the first
7.	Spiderman - the special effects in this movie were stunning, especially considering it being a real city (NYC) opposed to Gotham or Metropolis, in a post 9-11 world
8.	Batman - the Michael Keaten Batman may be the best depiction ever - certainly the suavest
9.	300 - an exciting new film that may change the way movies are made forever
10.	Superman Returns - Kevin Spacey as Lex Luther makes this a great movie
11.	Punisher - completely underrated film that feels like a cult classic
12.	Spiderman 3 - despite terrible reviews (which I agree on - what the heck was Peter Parker doing giving girls the wink-and-the-gun walking down the streets of NY and then dancing with his Spidey powers in the dance club).. it was the best opening in movie history
