1.	New York Islander Chris Simon uses his hockey stick as a weapon in a NHL game and strikes Ranger Ryan Hollweg just under the chin.
2.	The Todd Bertuzzi / Steve Moore incident - On February 16, 2004, during a NHL Vancouver-Colorado game, player Steve Moore injured Vancouver Canucks team captain Markus Näslund by checking him in the head area.
3.	Kobe Bryant striking Timberwolves' Marko Jaric and Spurs' Manu Ginobili amidst jumpshots (claiming it is part of his follow-thru while drawing a foul).
4.	Detroit Tigers Kenny Rogers "dirty" pitching hand in Game 2 of the MLB World Series.
5.	In World Cup Soccer, France's captain Zinedine Zidane head-butts an opponent.
6.	Tonya Harding / Nancy Kerrigan - Olympic figure skater Tonya Harding's "henchmen" club teammate Nancy Kerrigan in the knee.
