At 10 a.m. on October 3, 1995, after only three hours of deliberation and in front of an estimated 150 million American television viewers, the jury at the O.J. Simpson murder trial returned a verdict of "not guilty!"

	I was at a camp for for school, I remember stopping everything and meeting in front of the main cabin and the instructor coming out on the edge of the wooden deck to reveal the shocking news.
	I was sitting in front of the TV at home with the rest of my family. Our jaws all dropped when the verdict was read. We were in awe.
	I was sitting in my 5th grade class, we stopped our lesson to watch the verdict!
