The police department identified the gunman who killed 33 people on the campus of Virgina Tech as Cho Seung-Hui, a 23-year-old undergraduate senior majoring in English. In fact, The English major's creative writing was so disturbing that he was referred to the school's counseling service. So what happened? Who was he? And why did he do it?
