Great Nachos in 5 Minutes

Here's a quick way to make great nachos in a few minutes. Great for parties or just hanging out on the weekends

	Ingredients
	4 oz (4 cups) Tortilla chips
	1/4 (1 cup) pound Shredded Sharp Cheddar cheese
	1/4 (1 cup) pound Shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
	1 can (4 oz) chopped mild green chilies
	Sour cream, sliced black olives, chopped green onion and cilantro for garnish
	Directions
	Spread chips on heatproof pan or platter
	Sprinkle with cheese and chili peppers
	Broil 6 inches from heat source until the cheese is melted (about 2-3 minutes)
	Top with garnishes and serve warm
	Serves 8
