Why You Don't Need a Gym to Burn Fat

Can a good fat loss program be done with body weight exercises only? Darn right. Here are 3 reasons why...
| 1. | Bodyweight exercises are a total body interval workout. - For a great circuit, pick 3 lower body and 3 upper body exercises. Alternate between them, doing 10 reps per exercise, and don't take any breaks. Rest 30 seconds at the end of the circuit and repeat up to 5 times. That will only take 20 minutes. |
| 2. | Bodyweight exercises boost metabolism. - Strength and interval training boost metabolism more than slow cardio, so you'll benefit from calories burned during AND after exercise. |
