Best places to Visit in Phoenix
BESTS

These are just some of the places I like to go to in the Phoenix area. How about you?
| | The Phoenix Zoo. They got the animals, the stingrays, the food... it's cool. Be sure to time your visit to feed the stingrays. It's quite the experience! |
| | Arizona Science Center. Hands-on science museum with a lot of really neat experiments and stuff. Mostly attracts a child audience. Borrow your neighborhood child, and go, if you feel funny being there without a kid in tow. Totally worth it. |
| | Deer Valley Rock Art Center. Come on, you know you want to go on a light hike around the hills and see the petroglyphs. Just don't do it in summer. Even locals don't do that in summer. |
| | Arizona Center. Great shopping, good food, classy mall atmosphere. Dress nice, trust me on this one, it's not your everyday mall. |
| | South Mountain. Biggest city park in the nation. Take the drive up San Juan road, towards Dobbins Point. Bring water, snacks, and camera. Bring a leash for any children who otherwise might like to take a flying leap off the top of the mountain. Better safe than sorry! There's horseback riding near the bottom of the mountain, and a working farm where they do some cool stuff that I forget what it is. Very educational. |
| | Arizona Mills. Because normal malls just aren't as cool as this place. Black Market Mineral is especially a fun shop. IMAX theater is neat, too. Shoot for row G or H, for 3D flicks. |
