Kobe Bryant Traded for ___________!
HOW TO
Tags: Kobe, Bryant, LA, Lakers, NBA, basketball, trade, who, player, team
Kobe Bryant made the public announcement on Stephen A. Smith's radio show that he definitely WANTS to be traded. Since then there have been numerous rumors, but nothing has gone through. So who are the possible candidates for teams and players?
| 1. | Dallas Mavericks -Dirk Nowitzki - A good trade for both teams. Both players are superstars that need a new surrounding. |
| 2. | Chicago Bulls - Young players like Luol Deng and Andres Nocioni - The Bulls would finally have that superstar to fill the post-Jordan void the city needs, and the Lakers would get the young talent they are looking for in order to rebuild. |
| 3. | Portland Trailblazers - First pick in 2007 draft - Portland would have a for superstar with at least 6 years of great play left in him, and the Lakers would have the center they have been searching for ever since they traded Shaq. |
| 4. | Seattle SuperSonics - 2nd pick in 2007 draft - Even if Kevin Durant lives up to everything he possibly might become, is it worth the most prolific offensive player in the NBA today (and probably the best for the next few years too). |
| 5. | Milwaukee Bucks - Andrew Bogut and Michael Redd - May be the best possible option for the Lakers if the Bucks are interested. Lakers get a young center and star guard to replace the soon-to-be offensively-absent Lakers, Bucks get a true, seat-filling, superstar. |
| 6. | New Jersey Nets - Jason Kidd and .... - Jason Kidd is rumored trade bait every year. Kobe would be in another huge market city. Maybe this is why Kobe announced it on Stephen A. Smith's New York radio show? |
