Paris deserved everything she got in jail, including the cavity search. Now everyone's saying she got special treatment in jail, but what are they going to do about it, Put her back in? If she got special treatment that's on the authorities. Comment by: buccicone.2 I feel that the court is making an example out of Paris, and she should not have to serve jail time for a traffic violation. Save jail time for criminals that deserve them. House arrest is a fitting sentencing for her violations. Comment by: rvannes@aol.com When Paris Hilton VIOLATED HER PROBATION (1) BY VIOLATING THE LAW (2) BY DRINK DRIVING (3) WITHOUT HEADLAMPS (4) ENDANGERING THE GENERAL PUBLIC (5), she CLEARLY FORFEITED HER PRIVILEGE TO REMAIN OUTSIDE. And her infantile behaviour in court and upon being returned to jail WHERE SHE BELONGS, CLEARLY UNDERSCORES THAT POINT.
Paris Hilton deserves jail time EVERY BIT AS MUCH as ANYONE ELSE WHO BREAKS THE LAW SO EGREGIOUSLY. Anyone who disagrees with me is IGNORANT AND WRONG! Comment by: Brian Mora She is not serving jail time for a traffic violation. She is serving because she violated her probation. Drunk driving is a crime. Driving without a valid liacense is a crime. It is time people start to see this bitch for what she truly is and that is a menance to society. If she wasn't rich nobody would be in her corner. Comment by: haji727 She is a criminal. She had to do a crime to be put on probation. If it were Oprah and she had done the same thing, she needs to go to jail just like any poor person. Thank God she didn't get a sentence for not having any talent. If she had, she would have got the death penalty. Comment by: haji727
