So who is this Noelia girl that is being searched on all over the internet?

Noelia Carolina Soto Torres is a 22-year-old Argentine singer and former contestant and finalist of Latin American Idol's first season.

After participating in the contest for almost three months, Noelia became the show's runner-up, following Venezuelan Mayré Martínez, who was voted by the audience to be the first Latin American Idol.

Until a few days ago virtually no-one outside of Puerto Rico had heard off, the Puerto Rican pop star and model, Noelia -- now thanks to another, Celebrity Sex Tape, and the internet, the wannabe celeb is riding an internet crest of a wave.

This talented Puerto Rican pop singer Noelia was captivated by music at a very young age, mostly influenced by her mother, local singer/actress Yolandita Monge, who became a Latin American celebrity.

The artist's debut album was released in February of 1999, getting her song "Tú" climbing Billboard's Hot Latin Tracks.

By the end of the year 2000, Noelia issued her second album, called Ni Una Lagrima Mas.

Since when is there a Latin American Idol? Anyone desperate to get famous: make a sex tape and put it online.

Of course there is a Latn American Idol, but the Noelia who mad ethe sex tape is not on it...Noelia Soto was on Latin American Idol, she did not make a sex video. Noelia Monge (usually just performs as Noelia) is the singer who is also in a leaked sex video - go to foleyscandal.com for the true story so you can get your facts straight
