Celebrities are no strangers to the green revolution. Here are some celebs who have gone the extra mile to promote an eco-friendly lifestyle.

JULIA LOUIS-DREYFUS is a devout environmentalist. Her newly designed home near Santa Barbara is a showcase of green design and state-of-the-art energy efficiency mechanisms.

ROBERT REDFORD, one of the great environmental champions of our day, had the Southern California office building of the Natural Resources Defense Council, which is a completely green building, named after him because of his commitment to the environment and green sustainability.
