Some great films contain a plot that takes place within one 24-hour period. Here are some of the best. Know of any others? Think Superbad belongs here?

1.	EMPIRE RECORDS (1995) - Several big stars got their start in this comedy about the staff of a record store as they attempt to save the store they love from becoming a toilet showroom.
2.	THE BREAKFAST CLUB (1985) - A group of high schoolers spend a day in detention where they discover they're not so different from one another.
3.	CLERKS (1994) - This film about nothing in particular follows two convenient store clerks on a typical day (related films MALLRATS and CLERKS II also take place in one day).
4.	ROPE (1948) - This Hitchcock film known for its use of long takes is the story of two friends who attempt to hide a dead body while throwing a party.
5.	BLOWUP (1996) - This art-house Anotonioni film follows a photographer as he discovers he might have photographed a murder.
6.	SUPERBAD (2007) - Two buddies spend a day trying to acquire the booze necessary to throw the graduation party that might claim their virginities.
