Orson Welles shocked the world with his 1941 Citizen Kane. Welles wrote, directed, and starred in his masterpiece, and few stars have since tried to fill those three roles. While no film will compare to Citizen Kne, these Hollywood figures sure do try.

Wells continues to be the best. Citizen Kane continues to top the "Film 100" greatest pictures. He invented so many of the camera techiques that we take advantage of today that it's hard to document them all. Comment by: Sam Nice try, fellas, you'll never beat Orson. Comment by: buccicone.2
