Orson Welles shocked the world with his 1941 Citizen Kane. Welles wrote, directed, and starred in his masterpiece, and few stars have since tried to fill those three roles. While no film will compare to Citizen Kne, these Hollywood figures sure do try.

	ZACH BRAFF - Wrote, directed, starred in "Garden State" (2004), "Open Hearts" (2008)
	M. NIGHT SHYAMALAN - While M. Night doesn't star in his films, he does make cameos in his self-written and directed films including "Praying with Anger" (1992), "The Sixth Sense" (1999), "Unbreakable" (2000), "Signs" (2002), "The Village" (2004), "Lady in the Water" (2006), "The Happening" (2008).
	WOODY ALLEN - Always playing a similar character, Allen has appeared in many of the films he has written and directed. Here are some more notable: "Annie Hall" (1977), "Manhattan" (1979), "Deconstructing Harry" (1997), "Small Time Crooks" (2000), "The Curse of the Jade Scorpion" (2001).
	SYLVESTER STALLONE - The Rocky films made him famous, being self-written and starred in, but Stallone didn't take the director's chair until Rocky II. "Rocky II" (1979), "Rocky III" (1982), "Rocky IV" (1985), "Rocky Balboa" (2006).

Comments: Wells continues to be the best. Citizen Kane continues to top the "Film 100" greatest pictures.
