Here is the recipe for summer's trendiest (and yummiest) new drink.

  •  
    		• 3 mint sprigs
  •  
    		• 3 tablespoons lime juice
  •  
    		• 2 teaspoons sugar
  •  
    		• 1.5 oz. rum
  •  
    		• chilled club soda or seltzer water
  •  
    		• Lightly press/mix the sugar and mint in a tall glass until you can smell the mint
  •  
    		• Squeeze the lime into the glass
  •  
    		• Add rum, shake with ice
  •  
    		• Strain over cracked ice
  •  
    		• Top with soda water, garnish with mint, and serve!

    Avoid the overly sweet Max and Erma's mojitos...I ended up with mint in my teeth and no buzz to speak of.
