Reasons Llyod Carr Should be Fired

Some reasons Lloyd Carr should be fired asap:

	As soons as Lloyd Carr uttered, "We were not prepared," he should have been fired!
	Urban Meyer, Greg Schiano, and Jim Tressel would have destroyed Appalachian State if they were given Michigan's squad with just two weeks to prepare.
	He isn't a game-day coach.
	His record against Ohio State (thier big rival) is 6-6 overall (4-2 at home, 2-4 at OSU).
	His record against Notre Dame is 4-4 overall (3-1 at home, 1-3 at South Bend).
	Michigan lost to App. St. to far less talented athletes.
	Lou Holtz was right when he said Michigan recruits are rated in the top 10 every year so don't tell me they don't have speed and athleticism.
	The other thing I hate to say is that the talent at Michigan never seems to improve. I think Henne was better as a freshman then he is now. His best game to me was the Rose Bowl his freshmen year. If a QB does not improve over a 4-year period, that is coaching.
	Carr got out-coached in the App. State game.
	His offense was (and is) predictable. (No counter. No trap. No misdirection. No reverse. No play action fake. Nothing.)
	He refuses to adjust to how he defends the spread attack.
	Michigan showed up a week later (against Oregon) and did nothing different on offense or defense.
	He should have suspended Arrington for the trip to Penn State last year and I thought that both Marlin Jackson and James Whitley got off light.
	Agents or overzealous boosters were hanging around the program giving his players money
	Charles Woodson signed with an agent during the 1997 season and Marcus Ray was later suspended for a similar offense.
	Should have stepped down after the Rose Bowl loss to Texas.
