	Jerry is wearing a Queens College hat to hide his bad Uncle Enzo haircut.
	George and Kramer do not appear in the Season 3 Episode "The Pen"
	George wanted to be an architect, ventriloquist, and marine biologist.
	The horse that Kramer bets on, Papanick, was named after the show's key grip, Pete Papanickolas.
	The PEZ dispenser Jerry and Elaine laugh about is a Tweety Bird PEZ dispenser.
	George's alias is "Art Vandelay"
	This Chinese Restaurant episode occurs in real-time, with the exception of a deleted scene in which George explains that he has hurt his ankle.
	When George comes into Jerry's apartment trying to get "Mulva" to introduce herself, he's carrying another handful of videotapes. The one clearly visible on top is Pretty Woman, in which Jason Alexander has a supporting role.
	An identical puffy shirt was worn by Niles Crane on the "A Mid-Winter Night's Dream" episode of Frasier.
