How to Meet New People at College
SCHOOL DAYS
Tags: college, relationships, dating, friends, how to, people, life, help, lonely, alone, need, someone
Feeling a little lonely in the dorms? Sick of seeing the same old people in your house? Need to get out and meet some new friends or find someone to date (or sleep with)? Try some of the activities:
| | Bars - bars are good places to meet fun, social people, and to find a one-night stand, but probably not the best place to find a romantic relationship |
| | Library - go study at the library and you're bound to meet some interesting people |
| | Tailgating - during football and basketball season there are some great pre-game parties that draw out everyone (not just the drunks you'll find on Wednesday's Mug Night) |
| | Intramural sports - try playing intramurals if you are looking for someone active, athletic, and fit =sexy |
| | The Coffee Shop - no one is drunk (hopefully) and you might meet someone truly creative and interesting |
| | Class - for those of you who actually go to class, this is a great way to get to know someone - since you have to sit next to them every week for 10 weeks |

intramural sports is the place for me... Comment by: RyanPratt Hmmm. Not a bad list, I actually agree with most of them. They forgot one thing, though: You really should find the best places to hang out around campus (like the quad or the plaza; in our university it was called the Conservatory - it had plants and was air-conditioned, which made it a favorite around summertime).
