How to Wake up in the Morning

These are some tips on how to get yourself moving in morning:
| | Set multiple alarms (clock alarm, phone alarm, computer alarm, TV alarm, iPod) |
| | Put your alarm somewhere you actually have to get out of bed to turn off |
| | Set your alarm for 30 minutes before you need to wake up so you can hit snooze 7 times. |
| | Get a programmable coffee maker than will automatically start brewing before you actually get out of bed |
| | Wake up and turn on the TV and watch 10 minutes of news or weather or sports before you actually try and get out of bed |
| | Set your alarm to music (if beeps don't work) |
| | Set your alarm to beeping (if music doesn't work) |
| | If you can program songs on your alarm to wake up to, try these songs |
| | Go to bed earlier |
| | Wake up at the exact same time everyday, eventually you're body will adjust |
| | Take a shower first thing in the morning |
| | Do 10 pushups and 20 situps first thing in the morning (like Christian Bale's Bruce Wayne/Batman) |
| | Get better sleep |
