DELICIOUS
Tags: cook, car, food, engine, heat, hillbilly, driving
It may seem a little ridiculous, but it can actually be a very practical answer to a pesky problem when on long trips or crammed for time.
| 1. | Decide what you want to cook. |
| 2. | Sausages and hot dogs are particularly good. |
| 3. | Wrap your food well in tin foil. |
| 4. | Pop your hood and find a good hot spot. |
| 5. | You'll need to find the warmest area. |
| 6. | It can help to use the aluminum foil to secure your food, but remember that it's going to get hot. |
| 7. | Drive. |
| 8. | Each car and engine is different, so it may take a little trial and error to determine how long it takes to properly cook each food item. |
| 9. | Don't forget that freeway driving vs. city driving may also affect how quickly your food will cook. |
| 10. | Check on your food. |
| 11. | Once the car stops, the engine will remain hot for some time. |
| 12. | Hopefully you remembered to bring along any condiments and sides to go along with your meal. |
| 13. | Enjoy! |
