"The Most Extreme" is a long-running documentary TV series on the American cable television network, Animal Planet. It first aired on July 1, 2002. Each episode focuses on a specific animal feat, such as strength, speed, flirtation, appendages, diet, etc., and examines and ranks 10 animals which portray extreme or unusual examples of that quality. The rankings are not arrived at by a scientifically rigorous process; they serve only to give a broad depiction.

1.	Flatworm) Starts in a predator as an egg, a Heron poops out Ribeoria, goes in and out of a Snail, goes into Tadpole, Tadpole turns into a Frog, and it makes the Frog grow extra limbs, which is a sitting duck for predators, where the Flatworm lays eggs and the cycle starts all over again!
2.	Stick Insect It undergoes three transformations Ant, scorpion, leaf.
3.	Caterpillar Transforms into a Butterfly.
4.	Sea Squirt Starts as a Tadpole-like creature, then, by losing its brain and limbs, it becomes a vegetable on the sea floor.
5.	Tiger Salamander) They can be Plankton eaters or carnivores from the weather.
6.	Wrasse (female) Can change sex!
7.	Flatfish Eyes change from one side of the body to the other side to become flat.
8.	Naked Mole Rat (female) Can stretch its stomach by choice when pregnant.
9.	Mimic Octopus) Can change shape, color & skin texture in one second!
10.	Arctic Fox) Can disguise itself in two different coats, one for the summer and one for the winter.
