This list is very comprehensive and accurate, however, the nuts should be combined into one line to read "Nuts-ie Walnuts and Almonds" This will allow for adding at least one other important cholesterol-lowering food, such as Garlic, to the #3 or 4 position. The oils should also be combined on the same line and a protein food should be added, such as tofu on line #6 Tofu would lower cholesterol, by replacing cholesterol-containing animal proteins with soy protein.
